Amazing customer experience. Very accommodating,friendly and professional staff. I was so very pleased with turn around time for my glasses. They ordered my glasses and I had them back in less than a week! I understand each situation is different depending on optical lab location. Mine was local so I lucked out. Even with that said, it was very prompt. My glasses were accurate and more than expected. This was my first visit and I definitely recommend. I will return. :)

We were in town on vacation when my contact ripped.. so we made an appointment with Dr. Theobald after I googled for an eye doctor nearby. The staff and Dr. Theobald were amazing!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I've worn contacts for 14+ years and I've never had a more informative and helpful session! They were awesome!!! I highly recommend them!!!

My eye exam went smooth. One of the staff helped me to pick out a new pair of glasses while I was waiting for my eyes to dilate. She also tightened up my old pair of glasses for me when I first arrived. My appointment went by pretty quickly as well. I was soon back on my way to work.

They know eyes inside and out - truly the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else (this is true since I moved 4 hours away and always come back for my eye check-ups). And the entire staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating!

At the ripe old age of 37, I've had glasses for 34 of those years. In that time, I've never understood my eyes as much as I do after visiting there - not to mention that for the first time in my adult life, my prescription is actually correct. I've sent my mom, sent my dad, and continue to send everyone I know. Bravo, Theobalds and Team! :)

Excellent service! Dr. Staci was fantastic, she was thorough and efficient and explained things really well. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - this will be our primary eye care provider from now on.

I injured my cornea just before heading up the Gunflint Trail for 4 days. I knew the injury was serious (couldn't really see) and could become infected, but I was far from home. I made my way to Google to find help. Fortunately, I happened upon this very page and decided to give Theobald a go. Glad I did because Dr. Theresa and her staff were very accommodating last minute. Theresa gave me thorough information and a prescription for my trip. We scheduled a follow-up on my way back south and by then I was 96% healed.
