Vision works at Miller Hill Mall was wonderful. I stopped in on a whim - unplanned. Welcome was warm, friendly. Staff was attentive and very professional. Selection of frames was great. Ended up buying a pair of glasses! AND I am so grateful you accept Care Credit!

It was very busy when we came in. Katie G was very patient and calm and took people in order. She didn't make you feel rushed even though it was so busy. She showed excellent customer service and instilled confidence in her knowledge. After a very poor experience at another optical shop this was a super experience and we will be back

I had a wonderful experience with the Duluth Visionworks in the Miller Hill Mall. I had great service with ordering my glasses, but the exceptional part was the service I received from Katie G., Optical Supervisor, when I brought my glasses back after I had crushed them. The frames were bent, a lens had popped out, and they looked like they were done, never to be worn again. I brought them in and Katie G. said I might be able to save them. She worked on them for a day and had me come in to see how she did. They were back to normal! It was unbelievable! I asked how much I owed her and she said nothing! You just don't see that kind of dedication very much anymore. She could have said you will need to buy new frames but instead she gave it a try and worked a miracle. I can't say enough about her, she is great!

The lady who helped us with our glasses was really good. The guy who took care of us when we first arrived he was little bit rough on the edges ( he seemed yelling or fighting than talking). Though he improved latter. The girl who did our pre screening was okay. But, he was not doing her job with love. She could use some customer service training. Finally, we did not like the virtual exams we had. We prefer the live exams.

I stopped into vision works this morning because the lenses on my glasses are cracked for the second time. The man that was working, which I neglected to get his name and I wish I would have because he was rude. Accused me of cracking them said that my glasses were ill fitting, I said so you tell me I bought ill fitting glasses and he wouldn't answer that basically told me it was my problem wasn't willing to give me options and this is the second time the lenses have cracked. I found him rude. His Customer Service skills were rude. His mannerisms were rude. He told me it was my problem and that I caused it and I said so this happening two times is my problem and I caused it. The quality of the product at this store is very poor and I would highly recommend no one go there. Between the Customer Service and the quality of the product ,it's a lot of money to spend on eyeglasses to be treated the way that I was. I will never step foot in that store again and you spend good money on glasses and twice have the lenses in the same pair of frames cracks at what point is it an issue with the product they sold me. One star is too much. He said I should've bought the 12 month warranty. I said no one offered me the 12 month warranty. He responds with you mean to tell me that you remember a year ago. I said as a matter of fact, I would've remembered if someone offered me a warranty, I have never been offered a warranty on my glasses in my life. So he accuse me of lying. I walked out the door telling him off, he brought out the worst to me because of his poor poor Customer Service, disrespectful. I've been wearing glasses for over 30 years with getting a replacement every couple years and not once as I have I ever experienced cracked lenses until purchasing them from this store

The staff were so helpful in picking out frames. Katie was informative and answered all my questions. She took the time to make sure these glasses and lenses where perfect for me.

I enjoyed working with your employees. Very helpful. Your coupons were very good. My husband needs glasses soon so we will be back. Need coupons for his purchase also.

Misleading, rude, paint fell off my glasses, they give me vertigo and it's my fault because I didn't get the most expensive options. No warranty, maybe the worst experience I've had with a retail store.
