I recently had a wonderful experience with Denise, one of the opticians at this location. She truly went above and beyond to help me- not only did she make ordering a new pair of glasses super smooth, but she also took the time to adjust my current pair, which I had purchase online elsewhere and they weren't fitting properly. I really appreciated her kindness, patience, and professionalism. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, especially for going above and beyond with a product they didn't even sell me. I had a great experience at Forest Lake vision center. Chrishonna P. Was Awesome!! She helped me with getting the right kind of glasses for work. She helped me with my ins. And I also got driving sunglasses. Chrishonna and the other workers were so helpful my family and I will be back for all our eye needs.

I liked the Doctor, Dr. Backus (maybe misspelled) He was thorough, great at explaining things, didn't rush, also polite. I will be back. Prices were fair as well. UPDATE: The manager of the vision center is a horrible woman, rude, incompetent, and their credit card machine doesn't even work. She tried to say it was my fault, when it was in reality outdated card processor. She made me insert my card 6 times, the swipe it. It was so much my credit card company called me!! They need to have this manager go back for training in customer care. I will NEVER be back to this location again. 01/27/2023 @ 1:30pm

I've been using this location for over 15 years. Dr. Bruesh is Awesome. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. I was here on 1/27/2023 for an eye appt. and new glasses. Watch an entitled Karen go ballistic on the staff due to a card reading issue. The staff handled it professionally and the Karen still was a complete Jerk. If she leaves a review I will destroy her credibility.

One of the women that works there was super rude to me and my family. We were in there trying on glasses and she basically ran to us to remind us to put the glasses in a separate area after trying them on. No where did it say to do that and if it did I would have understood. I asked her a few questions about insurance that they take and she was very short with me. I will bring my family somewhere else. Not ok! She needs to take a class on how to not be rude.
