Scott Glaser, O.D.

The Doctor was amazingly nice, easy to get along with, super polite, and explained everything in a very professional manner, that a person can understand. I could relate to things that he does for himself, and his family. Explaining exercise, nutrition, and routine. I will go nowhere else from this point on for eye care! Also, the women at the Desk were super polite, and very helpful.

I was impressed with Dr. Glaser. I have taken my elderly mother to him several times, and was always impressed with the care and attention he gave her. So when I went for an exam myself, he was the doctor I chose and I was glad I did. He seems to be thorough and explains everything he's doing. If you have any questions, he puts it in simple terms for you to understand.

I have been seeing Dr. Glaser for several years now. He is amazing at what he does. Kind, caring, honest and is always explaining what he is doing. The staff at the Glencoe clinic is great at helping pick out the best glasses. Great atmosphere there too.

It was fine. I always have great service at the Glencoe location. TJ (?), Heidi and Jane were great. DR. G was fine. Though my complaint about my right eye was not addressed. We are moving ahead with my request for lid surgery and cataract surgery, I am impressed. These people do not let the grass grow under their feet. Also, I just LOVE Saturday appointments! Thank you!

I actually enjoy getting my eyes checked at Southwest Eye Care. Scott is very professional and considerate. I always learn something new from him about how I can take better care of my vision. I have recommended him in the past and will continue to do so.

The wait seemed a little long but I also arrived 15 minutes early, my appointment was for 415pm. I killed time by working with a gal to pop my lense of glasses back in. Then looked at all the glasses until, I think, I got called to a room at 445pm and I worked on some testing by his assistant and saw Scott shortly after. We all know timing isn't perfect and sometimes we wait a bit, especially towards the end of the day from prior clients late, etc. I forgot my phone in my vehicle so waiting with no phone or book and just stuck with my own thoughts so it seemed like eternity but is really wasn't. Time just goes faster when you have distractions. Anyways, the entire staff was very kind, smart, professional and friendly, including Scott. Scott is great at what he does, very thorough, dedicated to his clients and very bright. I love this clinic and will continue to be a repeat client. I left happy, content and super excited to get the glasses I worked with an assistant to pick out and my sister to make the final call between my 2 favorites as always. Thank you to Scott and all staff for continuing to give excellent service!

I trust Dr. Glaser with my eyes. What else can be said? The staff is great! They listen and share your concerns with the doctor as well.
