I have never had an eye clinic so unwilling to give me a prescription! They sent me with trial contacts even after I told them in the office I don't think they are correct. Then they told me if the trial pair doesn't work they will just write it for my 3 year old prescription from a previous eye doctor. I thought the point of going to an eye doctor was to get an updated prescription! I called and talked to two different people and can't get anyone to get me a corrected prescription, they keep insisting they will only write my 3 year old prescription.
It's unreal, I can't believe they can get away with doing this.
