I was extremely impressed with Dr. Gess and entire West Metro staff. Anything related to your eyes is a big deal (I had cataracts) and they were professional from start to finish. They explained my options and answered my questions. When it came time for the procedure, I felt like I was in great hands. Everything explained ahead of time and then as it was happening. Absolutely a 10/10 experience. 20/20 vision and couldn't be more grateful.

My eye doctor recommended this clinic and I am so happy I went there. I needed cataract surgery and was very nervous about it. The first thing they did was measure and test my eyes with machines I'd never seen before. It was a very comprehensive evaluation, so my lenses, when changed, would be perfect for my eyes. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Dr. Gess is very concise and clear in his explanations of procedure and outcome, putting me at ease. I was in great hands. Thank you to the whole staff at West Metro Ophthalmology. Top-notch professionals. Knowledgeable and efficient. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. WOW!

When I first went to have my cataract surgery I was extremely nervous, Doctor Gess answer all my questions and very patient which made me feel more comfortable, and less nervous about the procedure. When I have my annual checkup or any other eye care I always prefer to see Doctor Gess because he's a good Doctor and really take care of his patients and the staff are super as well.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes the last week in September and first week in October. The surgeries went just great. Dr Gess is so thorough- I think he ran test I have never had before. He answered every question I had and some I didn't know I had. His office staff was cordial and welcoming, and his assistants were extremely knowledgeable. The outcome is I hardly need glasses. I would recommend Dr Gess to anyone. In fact my husband sees him now.
