Dr Najad is capable. He needs to work on his patience and willingness to share information about patient's care. I'd like him to learn new vocabulary in the information he shares. For example, use "eye with vision less" rather than "bad eye." There are others, too. He rushes through explanations and has some trouble understanding that questions are part of a curiosity about one's own health and invite them. I wasn't told that he would be the doctor I'd see now after years of seeing another doctor still practicing at the clinic. I was switched without my knowledge or consent. That didn't feel right.

Dr Nejad is great and does a thorough exam of my glaucoma and procedure to help pressure. The optician who straightens glasses needs a lesson or two. I've been there twice and he tried 3 times today to straighten my glasses. They're still crooked and I'll go to an office close to my home. He told me since I didn't buy my glasses there, he wasn't responsible if they break. My glasses are 7 months old. I told the gentleman, I've been coming here over 20 years and nobody has ever told me that. We winter in another state and I had my glasses presc filled there.
