I had such a fantastic time with Allie picking out my new glasses!! She was showing me things I never would have picked out myself and we found the most fantastic pair of glasses I think I have ever had. I can't thank you enough, Allie!! I can't recommend going to see Allie highly enough. She is kind, knowledgeable, balances professionalism with that personal touch perfectly, and I'm probably going to be back to get those Maui Jim sun glasses she was raving about. Those things were sweet!

The only hours they have posted online say they're open 9 am to 5 pm. If you go to the clinic the hours on the outside door say 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. If you come back based on that information and go up to the entrance of the optical store it says 9 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm. Complete waste of time and absolutely unprofessional to state three different hours of operation depending on where you look. Go somewhere else that is actually open their stated hours and has some level of professionalism. When I'm planning on spending hundreds of dollars I want to feel confident that they'll actually provide what I'm paying for and with their complete slipshod approach to customer service there is no way to do so.
