This is the second time responding to a survey about my visit yesterday. That tells me something about the organization Visit was fine. Easy and quick. The exam portion was well done, efficient and easy. The 'paperwork' done on the iPad before everything was frustrating. My previous medical history- including asking if I wore glasses - wasn't saved from previous visits. Also, had to sign that I was responsible for the bill if insurance didn't pay for anything but were not forthcoming about what it would cost given my insurance. We need to make more well informed health care customers

It's a nice place when you need to get yourself back on track for eyewear. The staff is friendly and you can chat with them to ask questions as needed. Quick and precise. I mean, who really likes to have to update information when it comes to knowing that it's not improving as we age . In all seriousness, they're nice people. I was even able to use my existing frame from glasses from 8 years ago. So bring your old glasses in, not just for the possibility of them being useful, but also so they can check your old prescription quicker and speed up the process. I usually have a very good experience at this location.However, this time I was put off by the fact that I was told that the dr "ordered a new test" ( oct) because of "issues" in my last exam.I don't have any "issues" that I am aware of. Additionally, I have never seen this doctor before and it has been three years since my last exam. I didn't request the test and I wasn't informed as to what it was for - Nor was I given an option to opt out of it-
