My mom and I went to the clinic because my mom had lab at 7:45am today. Well we go to open the door and the door is locked the receptionist unlocks the door and very very rudly tells my mom that she wasn't ready for people because they open at 8:00am. But if a doctor tells you a certain time to go you go. My mom is also a diabetic and she has get in asap because she couldn't eat before lab and if she doesn't wat she will get sick. When Dr. Wagner was there I would have lab at 6:30am or at 7:30am because zi had to work in the morning.....When my moms and my doctor (Wagner) and his nurses who were friendly left the clinic hasn't felt the same. The friendliness is gone....

Slow to get info to patients, test results, imaging results. Other hospitals are way quicker. It's more than annoying at how slow this facility is.

Sign on the door that says masks are mandatory, but I saw multiple employees removing them to talk or wearing them so they don't cover both their nose and mouth. Also wasted two hours of my time when I came in for a Covid test by giving me a rapid antigen test when I waited for a PCR. Then they wouldn't give me a PCR because they "weren't sure my insurance would cover it." I wouldn't have had that problem if they'd have either informed me it was an antigen test or asked what kind I wanted. My bad for assuming a clinic wouldn't just waste my time and money for a 15-minute test I could get for free at my pharmacy.

The doctors are great, the front desk staff needs classes on customer service. They are rude and makes calling for an appointment undesirable. I am considering changing clinics so I don't have to deal with their unwelcoming personalities when I call and check in!

I have had an amazing experience with this clinic so far! I go there just for my primary care needs and for continuing treatment of my current medical issues and my doctor has done a wonderful job of making sure I'm kept in the loop and she makes sure to check up on every aspect of my health every time I go in!
