This was my first experience with a "virtual" exam, and Dr. Jessica Loehr and the in-office technician were absolutely wonderful. My exam was thorough and comfortable, and my new prescription and lenses are spot-on. I'm thrilled with my new glasses and the service I received! Thank you!
