America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Had went here last year with no issues This year was not the same experience. I had a new exam picked out glasses and upgraded lenses. Paid 260 or so and they said they would be ready in 10 days. They came in but without the lenses I paid for. Then when I tried them on the left lens was far off of my prescription. All blurry and my vision was worse with them then without. So they said they would order the lenses i paid for and they would be in in 10days. They came in today but the prescription is way way off. Now they say I need to get another exam and it will be 10 days to get the lenses. Now I'm in over 30 days to get a pair of eye glasses! No one there seems to really care and no apologies at all. I would not recommend going to this location ever. Thank you for your attention. L.A.NIK

So well organized and well run! From being greeted at the front desk, given excellent information during the eye screening and having my eye exam with the optometrist, this is the best experience I have had at an America's Best in over 15 years. The positivity and expertise of the staff is evident. Thank you!

I was having a bad day due to an eye injury; I walked in and was immediately helped by a friendly and attentive staff. Within ~10 minutes of entering the store most of the pain was taken care of. I was given a detailed analysis and plan of action. It was fast and easy scheduling the follow ups to ensure proper healing. Dr. Thao is very thorough, professional, and personable. Overall, I'm beyond impressed with my experiences here. I will recommend America's Best to anybody.

Fabulous experience from talking to receptionist Andy to coming in and having Kelly and Tony help me pick out fabulous choices! Good time by all and we had some laughs what more could you ask for at a shopping experience.

Avoid!!! . FRAUD ALERT. This place refuses to refund our insurance for glasses that were returned 8 months ago. The lens were milky and not clear. The manager, Kelly, stated she did nothing wrong keeping our insurance money even though eyemed says she is committing insurance fraud. I just found our this company billed my insurance for services not done. The reply says reach out but Kelly the manager doesn't want to help us. They will tell u what you want to hear but no one will give you the billing office.

Overall pleasant experience. This was my first time here. Attentive staff that was friendly and easy to work with. Excited to get my glasses when they do arrive.

Been seeing dr CHUATONG THAO for more than 4yrs now and he's the best, super knowledgeable & a great provider. I am always able to make a quick appt and be seen quickly which is super convenient since I have busy schedule!
