Bass Lake Family Eye Care

It was so refreshing to go to a new eye care clinic where everyone was so friendly to work with and so welcoming. The eye doctor was so kind. She welcomed me with a smile and was very interested in me and getting to know me as a new patient and she ensured that I had an excellent experience with my eye exam. She was very thorough in explaining everything and even cared enough to share how I can improve my eye health. I recommend Bass Lake Family Care to anyone who is interested in a great experience for your eye care!

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. The technician was not only highly skilled but also personable and efficient, making the preliminary exam comfortable and quick. Dr. Martins truly stood out. She took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and patiently answered all my questions. Her warm, caring demeanor put me completely at ease. Most importantly, she brought my vision back to 20/20 -- I can't express how grateful I am for that result. The entire team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. I've already brought my family here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I've been going here since I was a kid, and they just lost my business. My experience this time was beyond ridiculous. First, they got my prescription completely wrong. I'm so glad I got contact samples before ordering glasses because everything was far blurrier than before. I had to hold their hands over the phone just to come to the conclusion my prescription hadn't changed at all. So, I go back a couple days later to pick up my corrected samples, only to find that these were the wrong ones as well! They had the right script in the system, but they gave me the wrong ones. So, I go back a third time just to find they hadn't ordered them. Today I just got back from my fourth trip over there in three weeks, only to find they got it wrong again! Long story short, of the probably 30 samples they've given me, I have 2 pairs of dailies and 1 pair of biweeklies that I can actually use. Meanwhile, I'm running out of my current stash of contacts, so I guess I better hope I like these ones and can get them quick. I thought 4 weeks worth would be enough to get me through this whole process, but I was so wrong. This whole experience has been beyond ridiculous, and I'll be calling back tomorrow to ask for my $60 for the contact fitting refunded. I've never seen a business that requires this level of handholding.

My first experience with this clinic has been very disappointing. I ordered a new frame and glasses with specific instructions, yet the order was delivered incorrectly. I then requested that the necessary corrections be made and asked for the updated order to be ready before my travel date. Despite this, the clinic delayed the process, and the order will now not be available in time. I paid a substantial amount for the frame and glasses specifically for my upcoming trip, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. The clinic may have thousands of patients, but failing to properly serve even one patient reflects poorly on the quality of care provided.

The atmosphere is peaceful. The people are nice. They have been helpful when getting my sons glasses fitted. I was not satisfied with my experience. I was told, soon i would need to hold out papers to read them. Not told that soon was now. I wasn't offered any options to fix this. I haven't been able to were my glasses at work. Basically, I dont wear them. Waste of money.

Great place! The staff are amazing! They worked to find the best fit for my kids glasses and have found great deals on contacts for us. Absolutely love this place

The desk staff here are so nice and the optometrist is wonderful. Everyone is so attentive and also helpful with insurance questions. Overall a great experience! Thank you!!
