I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters in Maple Grove. I went in for an eye exam and was able to walk out the very same day with my prescription glasses, which honestly impressed me so much. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and easy from start to finish. But what really made this visit stand out was the team. Joe, Lindsey, and Marisha deserve a huge personal shoutout and so much appreciation. They were incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and professional the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help, and that kind of service leaves a lasting impression. They made me feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued, not just like another customer being rushed through. Joe, Lindsey, and Marisha truly went above and beyond, and I really hope they get the recognition they deserve because they made this experience exceptional. It is rare to come across a team that is this efficient while also being this warm and personable. I would absolutely recommend LensCrafters in Maple Grove, and I am so thankful for the outstanding service from Joe, Lindsey, and Marisha.

The visit was good. I was treated professionally and kindly, and I got an appointment quickly. Unfortunately, this return trip did not get me a prescription that worked either. This was my second visit and neither Rx was accurate.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant to work with. Front desk, technician, doctor and the team helping me pick out my new frames were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to all who made it a great experience.

D&S Vision Care is an excellent place for your eye exams. All staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Broke my glasses so needed a pair ASAP. Lens Cratfer's got me booked for a same-day appointment as well as a new pair of glasses. Glasses were ready in less than a hour. I was very happy & I will be back. Great selection of frames.

Husband and I both went, but on different days. Dr.of Optometry was certifiable creepy. Both husband and I felt this and we had appointments on different days, different times. I felt that the Optometrist didn't address my concerns, or really listen to me. I would not return. I would go back to the Park Nicolette Ophthalmology department I've seen before.

Great experience with the staff and the doctor took time to explain everything! A very pleasant experience and I will be returning for my next eye exam.
