The Eye Care Center in Maple Grove provided excellent service. Appointment availability was good -- within a couple days. The front desk receptionist and technician were pleasant and friendly. Dr. Tina McCarty was thorough with my eye exam and explained my eye condition in an understandable way. She promptly made and followed up on my referral. I highly recommend this group for your eye care needs.

Very professional, yet also friendly. They were busy and running a few minutes behind. Someone came out to the lobby with an apology for the delay and offered a water while I waited. I was impressed with the acknowledgment and for that extra courtesy offer. It is these little things that can make such a difference. Both the technician and Dr Alvarado were thorough and friendly as always.

This was my first time visiting the Maple Grove eye care center, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and service I received accross the board with everyone I interacted with. This is definitely my new eye care provider!

We absolutely love Eye Care Center in Maple Grove! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're in good hands--the entire team is warm, professional, and truly cares about each patient. Dr. McCarty has been amazing with our daughters. She has such a kind, thoughtful approach and always takes the time to make them feel seen, heard, and smart. It means so much to watch them leave feeling confident and cared for. Dr. Lindhorst was fantastic during my visit. She gave me a thorough rundown of everything she noticed, explained it in a way that made sense, and met me right where I was. She's clearly very knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, which makes all the difference. And we can't forget Andrew, who handles the glasses fittings--he's a total gem! His sass and humor instantly put a smile on your face. He's incredible with kids--goofy and fun when he's talking to them, but then he looks up and connects with parents in such a genuine, funny way. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and the people he works with. He makes the experience so enjoyable for everyone. This place runs like a well-oiled machine, and the trust they build from the start is real. We're so grateful to have found such a great team to care for our family's vision

This must be a great place to work because everyone is always smiling and happy. I am always greeted by people that seem to be genuinely happy to interact with me. The medical assistants that do testing and prep work for the doctor are equally friendly. They are attentive, professional, and explain what they are doing and why. I see Doctor Alvarado and I could not give a higher recommendation. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. You can also talk to her very easily. She makes sure you understand everything in terms you can understand and really does a great job of working "with" you on your eye health.

I have not been to the eye doctor in a number of years and loved my experience at Eye Care Center. From the staff who greets you to Sydney who helped fit my glasses they were very kind and professional. Dr. Barker was absolutely amazing, very thorough, detailed and provided me with excellent information. I highly recommend
