I asked them if I was eligible by my insurance for an exam, they told me yes. When I received my glasses they didn't fit so I could read at all so I've have been using my old glasses. Also nobody there offered to adjust them. 9 months later I was called to pay the exam bill as insurance said it was to early for an exam. Sloppy work
