I have been to many different eye care clinics my entire life, but have never found the best fit until I came to North Star Eye Care! I have been going to North Star Eye Care for a few years now. Dr. Londa is understanding, helpful, and takes the time to answer all your questions. She truly cares about her patients and I trust her to make the best decisions for me. Cullen has also been helpful in making sure I get the best prices for my contacts/glasses. He is personable, understanding, detail-oriented, and always goes the extra mile to help! The office and staff are also very welcoming! I truly am happy with my experience at North Star Eye Care and will continue to come here in the future! Thank you for all your help over the years!

From start to finish, just an awesome eye care experience. The check-in process was smooth, welcoming, and efficient. No confusion, no unnecessary waiting, just friendly professionalism that immediately set the tone. It didn't feel like I was just another appointment on a schedule. The testing process was incredibly thorough, and what really stood out was the communication during every step. Each test was explained clearly before it happened, and I was told what the results meant in real time. That level of transparency made me feel informed, confident, and genuinely cared for, not just processed. What truly elevated the visit was the team's desire to actually talk with me. They took time to ask questions, listen to concerns, and understand how I use my vision day-to-day: work, screens, reading, driving, everything. It felt collaborative, not rushed. And then there was the eyewear experience -- not usually a fun experience, but definitely was in this case. The staff helped me find frames that actually fit my face, style, and lifestyle, rather than just pointing me toward whatever was on display. It felt curated, thoughtful, and fun, not overwhelming or salesy. I left feeling confident, well-taken care of, and excited about my new eye-ware. Highly recommended.

I was on the hunt to find a new eye doctor & a new acquaintance referred me to Dr. Londa & her amazing team at North Star Eye Care (thanks Debbie!). North Star Eye Care is an absolute 10/10!! It had been far too long since my last exam (nearly 5 years). Dr. Londa was fantastic & far more thorough with my eye exam than my previous eye doctor. She, & her assistant Holly, explained every aspect of the exam & why each step was important, what my eyes need in my current stage of life, as well as what I didn't need at this point in time. Heidi was a dream to work with as well. She adjusted the very poor fit of my current frames & what a difference it made! She also helped me find the perfect new frames I had been hoping to find. The entire team at North Star Eye Care go the extra mile & beyond for their patients!! 100% recommend!!

North Star Eye Care is THE BEST! The staff is so knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming. They take the time to answer my questions and concerns with great clarity. I feel very confident that my eye health is in the right hands at North Star!

This is my favorite eye care clinic! The entire staff is a dream team with Dr. Londa, Cullen, Meghan, Holly and Heidi. They are so genuinely friendly! I will never leave them. If you go to North Star, you can thank me!

I had set my appointment time incorrectly on my smartphone calendar. An unexpected cancellation at the same time allowing me come in eventhogh my time was a bit longer than expected with additional tests I added. The staff is very friendly and the doctor was patient explaining the tests, results, and next steps.

Needed a new eye doctor a couple years ago and found North Star Eye Care on Google maps and since it was close decided to give them a go. Well, I can confidently say there was no need to look any further for another practice. Dr. Fischer and staff are fantastic! All of my questions and concerns are answered and addressed immediately and with care. And I do not feel rushed at all when I'm there for my appointments. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to North Star Eye Care.
