Went in for eye exam and new frames. I have insurance and gave them my card. I called before to see if they were in network etc. The doctor( Brad) said he does not bill Davis Vision. Sams rep. we don't bill. So I put everything on card to get reimbursed later. Called insurance and doctor can bill Blue Cross under medical exam. To his credit he left a message and said he would and than send a check. Problem is with Sams rep. We can't summit or bill Davis once the process is done. So unless yiubhave plenty of time to deal with your own paperwork move on.

Didn't not accept digital copy of contact prescription. They said they need a paper copy and to have my doctors office fax it over. My doctors office is closed on the weekend. They didn't seem to care and didn't give me my contacts.

Please train your optical department in processing insurance. I have gone back-and-forth for almost a week with billing my insurance to pick up contacts. The individual I'm working with has not been properly trained I don't believe as she does not know how to look up or bill insurance. She has to call another individual at home to go through the process and it's taken quite some time
