This business is very professional and has a very nice selection of frames. But what is most critical to me is how thorough the eye exam was and how modern the machines seemed. We all know the importance of healthy eyes. I am very impressed with the doctor and she is in the process of putting my eyes through a series of appointments to evaluate them and get a crystal clear picture of what is up with them. She seems extremely competent and I feel comfortable recommending this business and I am relieved to have found them myself.

I have been a patient at Art of Optiks for the last two years and for the first time I actually look forward to my annual eye exam. Dr. Hollenbach is thorough, explains things and is always willing to answer any questions. Dr. Hollenbach and the rest of the staff are transparent regarding what my insurance will cover and what I can expect to pay, even advising me on how best to use my vision benefits. I recently bought glasses here and the staff provided great suggestions and overall a great experience.

Exam was performed by a student, without my prior knowledge or identifying herself as such; I was quoted a price for the contact lens evaluation, but was charged $130 more (no refund extended); information posted on their website was in no way evidenced during my visit; I had to ask 3 times and have yet to receive a valid contact lens prescription. Beware, based on my experience, Art of Optiks is a company that literally practices the "art of optics," saying one thing but doing something different. I was very disappointed with the service I received.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Whitman last week for an acute eye issue! To my surprise, she got me in same day for an exam (even as a new patient to the clinic). I was so impressed with the customer service and the detailed exam, and felt a huge big sense of relief to get clear answers and solutions to my concern. Dr. Whitman even called the next day to follow up. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be going back!

My husband and I have been going to Art of Optiks for years and mainly to the Wayzata location to see Dr. Victoria. She is so great to work with, she listens, asks questions to get more understanding, and is considerate but honest in her guidance from a perspective of what is best for our eye health. Recently went to the Edina location and the staff was just as friendly and helpful at that location. I would happily go to either and always refreshing when great customer service is a priority!
