Eyebobs use to be a much better company. I accidentally placed the order on my corporate card. I've tried to calling to change the card & they didn't help. As the company has grown, they've gotten much worse. They're no longer consumer centric. The prices on prescription glasses has also skyrocketed.

Super poor quality and customer service. My frames broke in less than a year as I was putting them on to read. Despite a theoretical year warranty they refused to replace them and insulting asked me to buy them again on the next sale. What a joke. Avoid this company at all costs.

If they ever actually ship the order. Who wants to wait weeks for a purchase to be shipped? Don't send a shipping notification if it hasn't shipped! Used to be a good company until they were "acquired by private equity". Or, better solution ... sell in a store! Eyeglasses need to be tried on! The laziness of companies now is disappointing and depressing.

My husband and I purchased glasses at this store and found it to be fantastic! Great selection of styles and colors. We had a hard time choosing. The store associates were so friendly and professional. They were so knowledgeable in reader options, lens options and made sure we were measured for the perfect fit. I would recommend eyebobs to anyone looking for a great pair of readers, sunglasses, or everyday prescription glasses.

I love my eyebobs. Fantastic selection and the experience I had with Cynthia was outstanding. She guided me through the selection process and assisted me in selecting 3 pairs. My eyebobs are made well and we're fitted for my needs and they come with a case. In today's shopping climate the experience is the most important part of the process. No high pressure and the educational piece is so valuable.We need more Cynthia's in retail who care about your needs. I'll be back soon.

I love Eyebobs! I think I am on my sixth pair of eyewear. This time I was helped by the fabulous Cody. I received incredible customer service and we had great conversations and plenty of laughs. In addition to getting relevant information on both my eyewear questions.

Love eyebobs! Their glasses are fun & fabulous, the staff is helpful & personable. Glasses are made quickly. I always get compliments! My husband also buys Eyebobs - and has gotten into wearing some 'fun' glasses

My husband bought prescription glasses from Eyebobs several months ago. He continues to get SO many compliments and says they are so lightweight and comfortable. As soon as I got new vision insurance, we headed to Eyebobs again just this week and had another wonderful experience. We worked with Andrea. She helped us understand the "all day reader" option and said that they would work well for us and be much less expensive. Loved that!! I left having ordered the cutest new glasses as well as a cute pair of sunglasses. Of course, my husband had to get a pair of sunglasses too. Thank you for making this experience so easy and fun. We are recommending to all our friends!
