Dr. Hennen is wonderful!! She is an excellent Opthalmologist who is the most kind, patient and informative doctor I have ever experienced. I went to see her for vision problems. She diagnosed cataracts in both eyes. We eventually decided on surgery to remove the cataracts with lens replacements. The surgeries went perfectly and I can now see without glasses or contacts for the first time since I was 7 years old!!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Hennen. She was very thorough in her exam, and took the time to explain all findings to me and answer any questions I had. I was also impressed with her COVID procedures which included face masks, sanitizing, temperature checks, limiting the number of people in her clinic, and hand sanitizer at the door. I felt very safe while visiting her clinic and would highly recommend her for eye care!

Dr. Hennen and her staff were both knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Hennen was able to explain the long term effects of my condition in terms that were easy to understand and clearly laid out some solutions. They use state-of-the-art equipment for their analysis so just be sure to inquire about cost and necessity prior to allowing the diagnostic exams. When I encountered some billing issues the staff at Eyecare MPLS was very helpful and I am very satisfied overall with the care they provided.

I had an episode of sudden floaters in my left eye while in Minneapolis on business. The ER at North Memorial got me an appointment with Dr. Hennen first thing Saturday morning. She was so kind and thorough in her exam and cleared me to fly that day, but insisted that I see a retinal specialist asap when I got home. I'm so grateful she was able to see me right away.

Highly recommended. I had an eye emergency come up on a Sunday night that was initially treated at a local ER. Even though I wasn't a previous patient of Dr. Hennen's, they referred me to her and she came into her office to see me hours before her normal working hours the next morning. Very professional, excellent at telling me what was going on and what to expect going forward. Even answered a couple of follow-up e-mail questions I had on the same day. Just great all the way around.
