brought in my eyeglasses for repair. the owner Kevin and his optician Christy are very knowledgeable and kind! my corrected-seeing experience has improved enormously. iWare didn't even charge for my repair cute shop, exceptional service, highly recommend!!

I've been going to iWare for several years now, and in between I tried an online discount seller. Like I always say, "you get what you pay for." I'm rough on my glasses, and the online frames and lenses were too fragile. Plus, as a bifocal wearer, the lenses were never quite right. With iWare, they're always right! Kevin and Christy are friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. They take the time to make sure everything fits perfectly. I stop in from time to time for a glasses tune-up, and they take care of everything. I walk out feeling like I've got brand new glasses. I highly recommend iWare. You won't be disappointed!

Just wanted to drop a quick note about Christy at iWare Northeast in Minneapolis. While out walking one day I looked down and my Vuarnets fell onto the sidewalk, snapping one of the arms. I love my Vuarnets - and these are not cheap things. Could they be repaired? Looking over the frames I realized no, they were not reparable. BUT - I did have exactly the same pair, also broken, at home. Only those frames were good, and one lens was missing. So theoretically I had a working pair of glasses. I called a few glasses places in the Twin Cities trying to find someone to make one Frankenstein pair out of the two broken ones. Eventually I was referred to iWare and Christy. I called and made an appointment and a few hours later I set the two sets of glasses on their counter, putting myself at her mercy. I left them in her care and a few hours later got an email that they were fixed. Went to pick them up, prepared to pay nicely for the repair, as that particular model is now over $300 new. To my surprise Christy said no charge, and waved me on my way! You don't see that kind of service much these days, and I was plenty impressed. Next time I need some new Vuarnets, iWare is the place.

I went in for a repair on two pairs of glasses, one of which another retailer told me wasn't fixable. Kevin fixed them both in no time. When I went to ask how much, he said nothing, which I was not expecting at all. I know where I'm going for my next pair. Great customer service!

I am a motorcycle man. I have trusted iWare, Kevin to fulfill the needs of my restrictive eyewear wearing policies. Every pair of glasses I require cannot be held together by any bolts or screws of any sort or they will vibrate apart and I will be left in the middle of nowhere thousands of miles away from home and blind. Not only have I entrusted him with this task, but I have also trusted him with my 11-year-old son who is quite hard on his glasses. Kevin has exceeded every and all expectations going on a decade or more regarding the needs and I will gladly pay for his craftsmanship and his artistry, not to mention he has a fantastic warranty policy in effect in the event that you need to exercise that right. When purchasing lenses and frames Kevin is upfront and explains to you the value that he brings when you buy products from him. Make sure to schedule your appointment online, you get him for a half an hour, one on one to find the frame, the proper fit, and the desired lenses and needs of those lenses with his undivided attention. Support local business stop shopping for cheap plastic junk at Costco. Kevin, you're an amazing individual and I thank you for allowing me to see the world through the eyes of the lenses that you provide and the frames that everybody seems to complement me on. . Phil

I've been buying glasses from iWare for several years and have never received more compliments. They provide excellent service and have gone above and beyond each time Not only to make me look good, but also when I needed help with repairs, and the quality of their work is excellent. Highly recommend seeing either Christy or Kevin for your next pair.

This was the best experience buying glasses I've ever had -- and I have been wearing glasses for nearly 60 years. I love the glasses that I bought at iWare! Christy was wonderful in helping me the moment I walked into the store. She is super knowledgeable and extremely considerate of what I was looking for. Also, the store's selection of glasses and eyewear is outstanding; indeed, iWare carries a much larger selection and better variety of glasses than what I've experienced at any of the "chain stores" where I had been shopping for years. I will go to iWare from now on for all of my needs! I highly recommend the staff and store.

Took a big leap from my normal black/grey after seeing a great selection and found the perfect glasses for the next big step and have been really happy with them.
