I have been seeing Leticia for my lash lifts and tints for 3 years now and she always nails it! The experience is relaxing, clean, and comfortable (heated bed, leg rests, and optional blankets!). She has excellent communication before appointments and her online booking platform is easy to use. I love our chats when I am feeling chatty and that she lets me nap/rest when I am not!
I only ever get lash lifts and tints, but if her lash extension services are anything like my results, they are perfect. She is meticulous with the details and even goes above and beyond to learn about solutions for her clients specific needs (like tinting blonde lashes to last!). 10/10

I booked a lash extension removal with Leticia to remove lashes I got done somewhere else. She's so kind and welcoming! She made me feel super comfortable. My eyes were really sensitive and irritated coming into the appointment because I tried to remove the extensions myself the day before. She did an excellent job removing the lash extensions carefully and efficiently. Looking forward to trying other services in the future!

Best lash lift experience ever! I have long but extremely crooked and straight lashes that point down. She completely transformed them - made them look super natural by my request yet has completely transformed my eyes.
I also got a brow lamination, which turned out so well!
With both the lash lift and the brow lamination, I'm actually able to skip wearing makeup most days which makes this worth every penny! I'm almost on week 4 and they are still holding up!

Have really been enjoying my new lashes. This was a whole new experience for me and I didn't really know what to expect. Leticia is very kind and was extremely professional throughout the appointment. I am still getting used to how different the lashes make my whole face look! My eyes no longer look tired and old; I was shocked at how adding some length, fullness, and curl really made my middle-aged eyes pop.

Great experience for my first lashes! Leticia is in Minneapolis so it is on a busline. She did a fantastic job. They look amazing and I plan to see only her. Shop is super clean and she is super nice. Definitely felt like a safe space for me as a black, queer cis-woman.
