Lorin C. Larson

We had an okay experience. Didn't feel very wanted by her, several times she made reference to me taking my daughter elsewhere instead of saying she wasn't comfortable with working with pediatric cases (13 yrs old). I asked before I made an appointment to ensure they saw kids and I was assured. I won't be going back at all, just very unwanted feeling and my kids were uncomfortable. She's the neice of my daughter's previous eye Dr in Chaska and not everything is genetic because their bedside manor are polar opposite

I had the best experience with Dr. Larson. I saw her for my one day follow up after cataract surgery. She was very personable and I felt totally comfortable with her. I knew I was in good hands.

Well everything in the office was great. The staff and the way they treated you were very helpful and Profesional. Ms Larson was clear and knowledgeable in her explanation and I felt I was in the right place. I can't say that for the place I was referred to. Northwest eye contacted me one time about setting up an appointment while I was at work and I asked them to email me the info so I could send my insurance information and they never reached out and I still don't have an appointment. If the place I was referred to by ms Larson had been as good at their job as Ms Larson I would have given her 5 stars for sure. But like mama said you'll always be judged by the people in your life.

Dr. Larson was new for me. She and her team were professional, thorough, and very kind. They immediately alerted Dr. Reidel's team for an update and affirmation. When I asked them to remind me of my new eye drop schedule; I was presented with a helpful graph to make it clear. I was very satisfied with my most recent visit with Dr. Larson.

Dr. Larson was wonderful. Unlike many of my experiences in other clinics (such as Healthpartners), she did a full exam rather than just relying on my chart, listened to my concerns and past experiences, and quickly formulated a plan to address my issues. The entire office team was also very pleasant and helpful. I'm happy to have found such a great team to help manage my care, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Larson is a wonderful optometrist. She is very personable, knowledgeable and professional, and she clued me in to a number of things that can cause dry-eye that I was unaware of. She also recommended a non-prescription eye drop that works great for dry eye and has no preservatives. I was very satisfied with my eye exam and will definitely go back to her for my continuing eye care. Highly recommended!

Dr Larson is a fine physician who listens well to her patients and serves them very effectively. I whole heartedly recommend her for your eye care needs.

Very friendly and competent receptionists. The same goes for the optometrists, their assistants, and Dr. Loren Larson. I felt very comfortable in their care.
