We walked in, eager to find the right glasses, but the receptionist, an older lady with glasses, greeted us with reluctance. She informed us that she was about to close, although the time she mentioned didn't match what was listed online. Despite knowing exactly what we wanted, her attitude was off-putting. She asked questions, instructed us to fill out a form in a curt manner, and neglected to explain things. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service and her tone especially towards my grandmother whom we had mentioned did not understand English. After reading other reviews, it seems like this isn't an isolated incident.
