Ophthalmology: $700 eye exam. Obfuscated pricing that came as a surprise 50 days after appointment. Care was adequate but rushed. Crappy AI notes taken for charting. We deserve better.

This is a very patient unfriendly Clinic. I think the doctors and techs might be good if you're willing to sit for hours in the waiting room every time you need to have your eyes examined and if you can cope with less than 24 hour notice to make arrangements for surgery. I was told, for instance, that I had to find someone that could be with me for 24 hours after surgery and, although they could tell me the date of that surgery, they couldn't tell me the time until the day before surgery and that time might be as early as 7 pm. Finding someone who could babysit me for 24 hours is hard enough, but virtually impossible when I couldn't tell them what time until the day before. So for that reason I had to switch clinics to get my eye surgery done.

I appreciated attentive and gracious service here . Everyone took time to talk and didn't act impatient or hurried.The Doctors took time to explain and educate me, and checked to make sure I understood the information. Even when I was waiting for my ride the people at the building entry checked in to see if I needed them to watch for me and if I was doing OK. Nice experience all around!
