Clean, friendly and awesome doctors. I went there for my child and he was getting his first eye contact lenses and they were very informative and helpful. They make him very comfortable and helped him with his fitting. Both doctors are pretty damn good he saw. Thank you for your fabulous service. The front desk lady was so nice and helped me look for late appts.

Everyone in the clinic was very friendly. I drove down from Fargo and arrived early. As busy as they ere they got me in a little early. The technicians were very professional and friendly. Dr Hardten was also friendly and professional. He explained my condition fully. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

Excellent staff at MPLS location. Charlie was professional, friendly, encouraging and thorough. Dr. Hobbes did a wonderful job explaining my choices and gave recommendations and is very knowledgable. She knows a lot and gives you a lot of attention - you don't feel rushed. All of the staff are great and very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied.

My experience with providers has been positive but the support staff seems non-existent as in it is really difficult to reach someone through their automated phone system as well as once you reach someone you often need to be transferred another time, and sometimes after that you need to leave a message to be called back. It has felt really impersonal when I am not present in front of a provider. The effectiveness of the surgery I received remains to be seen. I will know more over the next few years.

Overall decent experience. Nice doctors and staff. Vision did improve. But, experienced appointment scheduling mistakes and LONG wait times every time. Plan for an hour + long wait in the waiting room. This is pretty frustrating for people like me that work full time and take time off to be seen.

The staff was very nice and thorough, the whole process was seamless. Disheartened to know that the Minneapolis location will close soon. However, in order to see Dr Larson again I'll travel to one of their other locations (one way or another). Keep up the good work!!
