Moss Optical

Moss Optical has been my optician for many years. It is a family business and they are very knowledgable. They will fix your glasses for free if needed and their prices are reasonable. I used to work in downtown Mpls so it was a snap visiting them on the skyway. Now I work from home but it is still worth a trip in to see them (parking at Lasalle Plaza is free with a voucher they give you).

Sometimes you just know you've found the Right people for the job. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. I also take huge notice of folks that are willing to help fix issues, and they went above and beyond. I worked with them to replace lenses in my favorite Persol sunglasses, and the first replacement set had a flaw, so they took them back without any additional questions and even upgraded the lenses further to ensure there wouldn't even be a chance of another issue happening. I hope they're proud of their staff, because they are actively working to be the kind of company culture and atmosphere that will keep them around for another 100 years.

I was visiting Minneapolis from out of town. The first day I was here my glasses broke. I arrived at Moss Optical 30 minutes before closing time. The two women behind the counter were so very friendly and nice. They repaired my glasses And when they were finished, I asked them how much I owed them and they said nothing. They were actually going to let me walk out of there without paying anything! I gave them a cash tip for so patiently and sweetly helping me. While I was waiting, they also recommended several different eyeglass frames to me. Every pair they selected for me looked great so not only does Moss Optical have a store full of very stylish, good looking frames, but they also employ some of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you, Moss Optical.

This is the most amazing eye clinic!! I have never had any place help me with selecting glasses like the staff at Moss. They really understood my needs and what would work with my face. I love my glasses and am constantly receiving compliments. I recently bent my frames (totally my fault!) and the staff repaired them in a flash. I was so grateful! Last - but not least - all of the staff are so friendly and fun. I cannot recommend Moss highly enough. If you enjoy great selection, great staff, and great service Moss is the only place you need.

Moss Optical is simply the best in terms of medical/technical competence plus customer service!

We were only visiting Minneapolis when we had a small vision issue with my minor child. I called Moss Optical and the staff was very understanding and helpful and they helped sort things out with us in no time. If I lived here, they'd be my primary optometrist!

Moss Optical is amazing. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Recently purchased a pair of Moscot glasses. Amazing look and fit. So amazing I bought a second pair (different frame). Their staff and ownership is fantastic. Location in the heart of downtown is easy and fun.

I came from out of town and totally forgot to pack my contacts. I called Moss Optical to see if they had trial contacts and I even said I'd pay for them. They were so nice and said no need, they put a pair aside for me. All I had to do was show my prescription and DL and voila I could see again!!!! Thank you Moss Optical!
