I saw Dr. Nichols last year and received the best eye exam of my adult life. She was uber thorough and very interested in helping me overcome the varied vision challenges I experience. I got amazing progressive glasses that substantially reduced the discomfort I experienced with cheap lenses previously. Excellent overall experience with all staff I encountered there. Cannot recommend enough.

I had a great experience at Perspectives for my annual eye exam. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth and pleasant.
One standout feature is their use of cutting-edge technology -- they were able to perform a thorough eye exam without dilating my pupils, which was a huge plus in terms of comfort and convenience.
However, it's worth noting that this advanced technology comes with an additional fee of nearly $50, and patients aren't given the option to decline it in favor of traditional dilation. While the convenience is definitely appreciated, it would be nice to have a choice, especially for those who may be more budget-conscious. Just something to be aware of when planning your visit.

Fantastic vision clinic! I wish I could give them 10 stars! I recently had a bad experience at a different vision clinic so I did a search and decided to transfer to Perspectives. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Perspectives. From the administration to the doctor to the technicians. I have double vision and a very strong prescription so I'm very careful with who I see for my eye care. Today I saw Dr. Beth Mosley, Stevie, Emily Terry, and the person that checked me in (sorry I didn't catch your name). They were all knowledgeable, thorough, and welcoming. Dr Mosley listened closely to my concerns, and explained my options thoroughly. I am just so thankful I found this clinic! Plus they have very stylish lenses. Thank you!

I've been a patient of Perspectives for a awhile now and every visit to their office has been a wonderful experience. Everyone I've worked with is kind, enthusiastic, competent, knowledgeable, and caring.
Even though I'm only in once a year, they make me feel welcomed and special, like I'm an old friend.
Their glasses selection is top notch. They carry a number of quality brands. Shout out to Nikki, who always finds me a pair that I adore and goes above and beyond to assure my glasses fit well and are comfortable before I leave the store. Thank you Nikki!

While visiting my sister in Minneapolis (I'm from out of state) I started to experience a reoccurring health issue-an ulcer on my cornea. It came on quickly and was extremely painful and of course-after hours. I left a message with Dr. Nichols after hours line and within 15 minutes they text me and said they could fit me in first thing in the morning.
Staff were extremely friendly, sensitive and aware of my issue when I walked in. Dr. Nichols was swift to look at my eye, prescribe me the med I needed and have me back on my way all within less than an hour. They followed up to make sure I had what I needed from the pharmacy and got me in for a follow up the next day -first thing in the a.m. again - to ensure the med was doing what it needed to.
Eye pain is no joke and Dr. Nichols clearly valued and understood that and treated me with great respect. If I lived in Minneapolis I would make her my regular eye care provider. 11/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Dr Nichols is the greatest doctor. She is so thorough and takes all the time you need to get your lenses right. She is so pleasant, and caring. When you are with her, Dr Nichols makes you feel as if you are the only patient she has. Dr Nichols doesn't rush you or make you feel as if there is some where else she has to be.
I would highly recommend Dr Nichols to anyone who is looking for a professional and thorough eye doctor. You will not regret going to her for your eye care.
I would also like to say that Niki was a great help, helping me find just the right frame for me, she is a pro at what she does and is very personable and friendly.

I had a very poor experience with Dr Mosley. Not only did she bad mouth another ophthalmologist that she referred me to at a previous appt. But she also miss diagnosed me, telling me more an opinion than a fact based diagnosis. She claimed I could not ever see perfectly out of one eye, after proper exam and corrective vision lenses to another eye care center, I can, in fact, now see 20/20 in the eye that was supposedly non correctable. My encounter with her both times was cold, off putting and generally not that great. However, the clinic techs and other people besides that were great and helpful.
