I had an outstanding experience with SEE Eyewear. Their customer service went above and beyond when I needed help during the recent unrest in Minneapolis. They kindly arranged to ship my glasses to me for free via UPS so I could receive them safely and without delay. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. The staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of. My glasses arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you, SEE Eyewear, for your excellent service and for showing such human consideration in a difficult moment. I highly recommend them!

I was out for a walk and a pair of sunglasses in the window display caught my attention, so I went in to look around (not originally intending on buying). I was looking around and I saw this pair and I put them on and I was was sold! The quality, the comfort and the design are all fantastic. I love that it's a limited supply shop, that offers such unique styles. I really enjoyed my interaction with Melody, she was so helpful, informed and personable. I love my sunglasses and whenever I need a new pair, I'll come back here.

I dropped in at See because they were local and I had broken glasses, right down the bridge. Now these were a particular kind of frame - they were made trendy reading glasses - I had just replaced their lenses with my prescription (plus some addendums). So I re-ordered those frames. But I then needed to basically switch the lenses. I knew that just popping them in & out was not a thing, so I looked for someplace that could. First place said "no", it was not their frame. See would, and really gave it their full attention - they did it the right way (heating the frames, etc), and fully cleaned the glasses. I was so pleased & happy. Would fully recommend just based on the customer service & attentive, even when they were not charging anything.

Talk about customer service! Ivan and Melody have got the goods on the latest arrivals for the season offering special pricing too! I made my wish list for a well needed second pair...always good to have a backup pair as I recently lost my go/to's! Ivan graciously reset my backup frames perfectly when I stopped in to explain my situation and selected my wish list frames just in from Japan! Excited to get back and purchase before the sales ends on the 30th!

Great place to get your eyes checked. The staff was super helpful with fixing my glasses and answering all the questions I had. I was able to get my first supply of contacts here too.

Hadn't been in here in a long time but they had a sign out offering a free glasses adjustment, so I stopped in. Melody really did an amazing job - her and Ivan were really friendly and welcoming. They had some cool frames too. I'll swing through there again when I'm on the hunt for new glasses.

"See Eyewear" in Uptown is such a change from other similar shops, including "big box" eye wear places in the malls and elsewhere in Mpls. I brought 3 glasses in for adjustment, including a pair of I bought there. I wanted to pay but it was on the house. I'm looking forward to buying a new pair of glasses because their stuff is very cool and so are the guys. This deserves the highest rating.

First, I believe SEE has the best frames of just about any store in the nation. I've been a customer of the San Francisco branch for years, but after moving here I can honestly say this location is even better. Melody at the front desk clearly has years (if not decades) of experience in every aspect of eyewear. She has a wealth of knowledge and incredible ability to adjust and fit glasses for maximum comfort. She even helped fine-tune an old pair for me to wear while I waited for my new ones, and her adjustments to both my old and new frames have significantly improved my migraine headaches. She also went out of her way to help me navigate my insurance and secure available discounts. Their promotions are excellent -- for example, if you purchase your contact lenses here, you get to choose any pair of sunglasses for free. I've received nonstop compliments on both my eyeglasses and sunglasses from SEE. The optometrist is also impressive -- skilled, attentive, and genuinely engaged in his work. He made my eye exam a pleasure, something I never thought I'd say. Everyone here seems to take great care and pride in what they do. Excellent products, outstanding service, and a team that goes above and beyond.
