Have had a terrible experience here. Asked for my contact prescription to be faxed to a clinic closer to my home, and they sent my glasses prescription. It was the weekend so I could not get what I needed until the following Monday. Additionally, when I finally obtained my contact prescription in person, they listed and finalized a brand that I had not confirmed, trapping me into a brand I didn't want, and the only way to change it was to pay for an additional lease fitting appointment. This same day, I brought my glasses in to be adjusted since I was driving the hour to get here. The technician somehow managed to break my glasses, had no replacement parts, and told me I needed to come back in the next day or two to pick them up. So wildly inconvenient you can't even begin to make this stuff up.

I went here to order glasses. The woman helping me was fun to talk to. She left me alone to go through the glasses, but helped at the end to choose the final pair. Ordering them was easy as she checked with my insurance and knew what was covered. The space is nice and had plenty of parking.
