My daughter and I stopped in tonight after she accidentally sat on her glasses and bent the frame. Dustin Crooks, Manager, was there and he was a lifesaver! While we waited a few minutes we noted the great selection, very stylish. Dustin quickly fixed her frames and even adjusted them to better fit her face. Very caring customer service. We highly recommend!!

Natasha happened to be working at the Minnetonka location when I came in. She is not usually at that store. She is so good that I will have to follow her to whatever store she is at. She helped me find a really cool pair of glasses in about 5 minutes. I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly what to show me.
As usual the lenses are perfect, and I am thrilled with these new glasses and the new lenses put in a few old pairs.
I tried a place near my business and it was a huge disappointment! Trust me InVision is the best.

I am a 24 year old female and have been buying glasses at InVision since 2008. I have had such a great experience over the years that I wanted share! First, the staff is amazing. Each of them remember me by name as well as the frames I have purchased in the past (even from years ago)! They are very up to date on the newest trends and have always picked my frames for me. It has always been such a fun experience trying on new styles. Second, I feel that though selection at InVision may not be as large as other stores, they have many more trendy choices. Each time I have picked out new glasses I am completely torn by at least two totally different pairs. Before buying my most recent pair of glasses, I visited several stores and felt the styles at InVision were consistently more attractive and unique. So if you are looking for unique, trendy, or bold glasses you must visit InVision!

I have purchased almost all of my glasses from Invision and have always been extremely pleased with them. A friend strongly recommended another store and I thought I could save some money. I was never happy with the lenses from the other place. So I came back to Invision to get some glasses and I love them. Plus I can see! Sam helped me and he was great. He is very honest which I appreciate. He told me that the glasses that I had gotten were too big. The Minnetonka store has a great staff!!

I am the type of guy who will take 3 weeks and no less than a 8-12 stores before I can find a pair that will not only look and feel good enough, but work with my unique needs for lenses as well. That is until I found Clayton and Clint in the Galleria store in 2006. I have purchased every pair there since not only because of the extreme high level of service but the styles and comfort upon leaving will make your face new. Try em. You'll get hooked too. Bit more in price. But everything of this quality should be.

Have I learned that you get what you pay for!!! I had purchased glasses in the past from InVision. Always LOVED them, but I like to change my mind and these are expensive - so I tried a trendier, cheaper option. BAD IDEA! Just a few months in I had trouble with scratches and i was continually pushing them up on my face. Back to InVision I went! The staff is AMAZING! Sybil helped me pick out frames that really fit my face. Sam and Josh helped me with fitting - in and out in less than 15 minutes when I picked them up. Well done! Well done! I'm now a fan for life!!!

Finally! Glasses that I love! I had worn contacts for nearly 40 years, but am no longer able to tolerate them. Finding glasses that I liked was a challenge. I bought a pair from one of the discount eyewear stores two years ago but was never satisfied with them. I think I shopped nearly every eyewear store in town to find frames I could love. When I stopped at InVision Minnetonka, Josh pulled three frames off the shelf, I settled on one, and just love my glasses. Josh had a remarkable ability to understand my preferences and suggest frames that fit both my strong prescription and my face. Truly exceptional service. I will buy all future glasses from InVision!
