My son had an appointment with ophthalmologist , Doctor Tanya Glaser, and we were very pleased. The doctor explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and took enough time to make sure we both understood everything. The attitude was very kind and attentive! You can really feel the professionalism and genuine care for patients. I left the visit feeling calm, confident, and grateful. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

After attending Northwest Eye for more than six years (my daughter), I will not be going to this clinic anymore. The business office is absolutely a nightmare to work with. They are claiming that I owe an amount that Blue Cross Blue Shield is saying that I do not. I have enjoyed my experience with both Dr. Freeman and Dr. Engel. However, I cannot continue to deal with the business office who never gets back to you and is absolutely unprofessional. I have an issue that's been going on for the last six months with zero resolution. Do not waste your time and go here!
