Pearle Vision

Well, after receiving the news that my daughter needed glasses, we were on the market for something that she would find appealing as as well as actually wear! After arriving to Pearle vision with our prescription, everything was pretty much cruise control, the woman named Lexi, who helped us, was making this experience super easy! She had multiple recommendations and allowed my daughter to try on a bunch of different frames until we finally settled )after about 30 pairs). Lexi also went as far as checking the computer for other color options on frames my daughter had liked. I appreciate everybody there who helped make this experience, fun and easy!! Thanks Team

Hailey, that was the most professional quality in a person i have ever seen. Ive been to quite a few Pearle Visions yet, they didnt have you. If anyone wants new glasses, come to this Location. No doubt, they're entire team is a level above. Thanks again

Everyone at Pearle is wonderful. Diana, who greeted me, made me feel welcome and at ease, and Eva, the Optition, was a doll. So so sweet, patient, knowledgeable. And the doc was great too! Excellent experience once again!

This used to be our go-to eyewear shop because we really liked the service, and they helped us choose the right eyewear during our previous visits. However, things have changed this year after the employees changed. The staff no longer seem interested in helping customers. We usually visit the store to look at and try on frames before buying. We visited nearly two times recently, but the experience was disappointing. The staff were sitting in their seats and never moved. All they said was to find the frames ourselves and bring them to the counter. They did not offer to show different options, explain features, or provide any guidance. As customers, we expect at least basic assistance, especially when choosing something as important as eyewear. Unfortunately, the service felt careless and unwelcoming. Instead of visiting this shop again, I would prefer to order online or go to another store where the staff are more attentive and genuinely interested in helping customers.

I love Pearle Vision in Minnetonka, MN. Dr. Scott is wonderful and thorough. The customer service from Kayla, the Manager, went above and beyond! Her kindness and the time she took to make sure my needs were met is something you don't experience every day:) Kristin T.

Kayla was extremely helpful and accommodating with getting me seen for an eye exam quickly and helping me pick out new glasses (mine had broken). She was very thorough and answered all of my questions and assisted me in finding a new pair of glasses as well as my dream pair. Due to her helpfulness and even giving solid feedback about which frames work for my face, and which ones absolutely did not- I'll be returning to purchase the second pair. She is very knowledgeable about all the frames they sell as well as the transition lenses, something I've been interested in for awhile. She didn't rush me, and was understanding about my budget, which I appreciated. It was a night and day difference compared to my visit at a different Pearle Vision the evening prior, where the staff as a whole were dismissive and unhelpful. They had told me best case scenario, I'd get glasses in 3 weeks, not caring that I wouldn't be able to see in the interim. Kayla got me an appointment the next day, and was understanding and empathetic about my concerns with not being able to see, and she helped me solve the issue, rather quickly. The location is further from where I live, but it is definitely worth the drive, the clinic is very nice, larger than other Pearle Visions, and the staff (particularly Kayla) are wonderful, and clearly care about their careers and customers. I highly recommend this clinic.

Kayla was amazing. Really patient and helpful with a pair of glasses that I didn't even purchase there. I appreciate all the time and care and will definitely be back for the great customer service.

Today my wife and I stopped at Pearle Vision at Bonaventure Center in Minnetonka, MN without an appointment. Hailey (ABOC) was kind enough to help us out walking us through an entire fitting/exam, helped us select a nice set of frames as well as giving us quotes for various combinations of contact lens prescriptions (our lens needs are a little complicated). Hailey was very patient and extremely helpful, many thanks and I can highly recomment Pearle Vision based on this experience!!
