As usual VERY backed up. After 1.5 hours WE asked and were told minimum 1.25 hours more before we would even see Dr Reeves. We found it disrespectful to the client, OUR time is meaningless. Easy fix, don't take as many per hour, ask other doctors to slip one in until caught up, CALL clients before arrival. In the mean time, TELL the those dilated people what's happening, offer a water or coffee, just be nice. Rhetorically, whose FINAL responsibility is this constant breakdown anyway. We're very dissatisfied.(Patient & Caregiver)

My appointment was for 2:00.. I arrived 5 min. early to check in as directed by the phone agent who gave me the appt. I was told by the person who took me into the exam room said that the doctor would be in "shortly." When I asked about possibility of having the laser procedure immediately I was told that he had revised his schedule for today and he might be able to do the laser procedure today after exam. I sat in the exam room for an hour. The doctor came in, did the exam,, said that a scheduler would call me, typically within the next 3 days (this was on Friday before Memorial Day, procedure would be scheduled for "typically in about 3 weeks." Meanwhile I can't read.

He is a skilled surgeon and I have had two very successful outcomes with him. His staff at MN Eye Consultants-Minnetonka Office are all excellent - from registration staff to his medical staff. I have had great experiences at MN Eye consultants over the years.
