Had a very good experience at VisionWorks overall. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through different frame styles. The store is clean, well-organized, and the service felt professional from start to finish. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the selection of non-prescription glasses for men was a bit limited. I was hoping for more variety in styles and colors. Still, the team made the best of what was available and helped me find a pair that works well. I'd definitely return for future eyewear needs.

Good place to get an exam. Went well. Just don't think I can buy glasses there as every pair filthy. These people obviously never clean them. Yuck. The other chains have glasses that are spotless and they always cleaning them. I cannot put those filthy frames on my face. That disgusting.

Guy who ran the scanner in Eden Prairie wouldn't adjust the height of the machinery. We couldn't get a good scan so he sent me to Ridgedale a day later because they don't have eye doctors in Eden Prairie. Drove up to Ridgedale to get an eye exam from the doctor. The machine to dial in my prescription was so far off to start I laughed at it. Glasses came in two weeks later, new prescription was worse than my old. "Try them tomorrow," I'm told by the only person working. I've had glasses for 40 years! I know what to expect on new glasses day! I made an appointment where I was getting my glasses to get a recheck of my perception, paying out of pocket because my new vision insurance doesn't cover my old place. That check found indeed, my new visionworks prescription was way off.
Bumbling, and fumbling at every step. Wasted time. Incompetent customer service, rude staff at two locations. Unforgivable. Atrocious. Never again.

The staff was really helpful but Visionworks doesn't take Medicare because of billing issues I was told, I had cataract surgery & my first pair of glasses should've been covered, but since I couldn't use my insurance I had to pick a pair of glasses I could afford...I did have a limited credit card through my Insurance which with using my insurance & the card I could've gotten a pair of glasses I wanted. I shopped around & one good thing is Visionworks is the most affordable than the other stores I looked at.
