I would strongly recommend Academy Eye Care for anyone who's tricky to fit for contacts. I've been wearing glasses/contacts for 18 years, and this is the most helpful clinic I've been to. I've got a very strong prescription with some other issues that make it tricky to fit me for contacts and glasses. Dr. Cavanagh and his associates really took the time to get me contacts that corrected my vision and glasses that were attractive and comfortable.

He will take time to understand and explain nuances with your eye health and prescription. In the twenty plus years I have been a patient I have never felt like I was part of a production schedule.

Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff. Kid friendly with toys and decent selection of kids glasses. My exam was quick and easy. I was even offered an alternative when I whined about doing the "puff test", which was totally painless. Slightly hard to find, you have to take the walking path to the left after driving around behind the buildings to the parking lot.

Very nice staff. Was fast and easy. Just needed a re-prescription and was way cheaper then everyone. If your prescription ran out but have the same power, can come here and get a quick re-exam not a full eye exam so it's cheaper.
