The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything about my eye health in detail. I went to Vision Pro for the first time and saw Dr. Wiener. I left so absolutely confused and shocked. The doctor was so unprofessional, during the appointment she was talking about her son's gf and finding her personal "toy" On the floor in his bedroom. Then, after my eye exam, she would not answer any of my questions. She just kept telling me the girls out front would. So I went out to the front to hear what I needed And they were trying to sell me these progressive lenses for $800. But, they couldn't tell me why I needed them. There was absolutely no communication whatsoever. I kept being told by the girl upfront, I wasn't in your appointment, I don't know what the doctor said, or I'm not your eyeballs. I ended up leaving more confused with no help whatsoever. I was told somebody would call me, but that of course never happened. I'm completely disappointed In my experience and will never recommend anyone go here

This was my first visit to Vision Pro Optical in North Branch. I liked what I saw and experienced. Starting with Stephanie at the front desk. The entire staff is professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Everything was very clean, and organized. They have a nice selection of frames too. I would recommend this eye clinic. I really liked the seating area which has the most comfortable couches ever!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have/had a problem with my eyesight and my glasses. The receptionist was able to get me an appt on Monday morning. I was able to see the Dr and get a new exam. Glasses were ordered. I would highly recommend this facility for all your eye care needs.
