Great experience overall here. In and out with pleasant and efficient staff in less than an hour for normal eye exam/yearly check up. Dr Schaefer is thorough, friendly and takes time to listen. The exam room was a bit warm and smelled of smoke when first entered, from previous visit I assume, but wasn't in there long enough to have it bother me much.

I went to this clinic after my eye suddenly became severely swollen while I was up north. Choosing this clinic turned out to be a big mistake. At my first visit, the doctor prescribed over-the-counter antihistamine eye drops. They did nothing to help. The next day, I spoke with a second doctor from the same clinic. Without even seeing me, he told me he would not recommend those drops and said he would have used a steroid instead. By day three, there was still no improvement. I was then seen again by the second doctor, who was visibly surprised by the condition of my eye and decided I needed antibiotics at that point. After all of this, I contacted management to express concern about the inconsistent care and delays. Rather than addressing what happened, I was told the doctors did nothing wrong and that this is "the best clinic in Minnesota" and that they are "customer-centered." Nothing about my experience reflects that. Conflicting medical advice, delayed effective treatment, and a dismissive response from management are not acceptable when someone is dealing with a serious eye issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.

Although I got several notices about my appointment time, etc., when I arrived I waited half an hour before anyone began to work with me, and over an hour before the doctor saw me. No explanation or information about the delay was given to me until the doctor arrived and apologized. The staff was courteous and careful, but I felt that they were not aware that their patients were being very patient with their own time and schedules!

Today i had yet again another GREAT eye exam experience here! I feel completely confident in my eye doctor and the services they offer!

Great experience from my first phone call to the time I left the office. I was given a warm greeting and level of care I've never seen before. Dr. Spedding is amazing. I've never met a doctor with as much care for his work and empathy for his patients. I'll definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family.

I showed up a half hour early, filled out questionnaire. As I waited for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I finally got to see an assistant. As we went through the process of taking a second set of pictures, the assistant was really into chewing her gum. This made her instructions hard to understand and hear. She really enjoyed that gum. Once this was done I met with the surgeon who spent more time trying to up sell me on extras that my insurance would not cover than informing me on the surgery or what it would be like for aftercare. Now I can't even get a hold of a scheduler to have the surgery performed. Welcome to big business where you are now days just a number and dollar sign.

The service was professionally delivered, and the Dr was very sensitive to my feelings, and especially that of my little boy who accompanied me. I have used this eye clic 15 years now, though it's changed hands, it looks like something changed for me during this last visit -- the care, and the results, and the 21st technology. Keep it Up

The office environment is very pleasant. Everyone is super courteous. They have very impressive new technology. I've been seeing Dr. Angela Schaefer for several years. She is thorough and knowledgeable and seems to care sincerely about her clients.
