Charming and warmly sincere reception staff. The eye tech was careful to double-check some test results she thought she might have done in error (no error was made ). Dr Milner seems to be consistently kind, knowledgeable yet warm and personable I am grateful to have this clinic for my eye care.
They also sell frames that are as fun and massively colorful - my husband got me a set of their glasses for Christmas- multi colored and the right is square and the left if round. I get double- takes and comments every day on my glasses, and they perfectly correct my vision also!

I fell and broke my glasses in December. In early January my daughter brought me in to see about having them fixed. The woman we spoke to looked at them and told me rudely that they don't carry the brand anymore and couldn't fix them. I had purchased them just over a year ago and had an eye exam about 3 months prior. ( no new prescription needed) I expected much better as I have been a customer for years. It felt like a slap in the face.

Front desk was very welcoming and informative. My technician, Mallory was very knowledgeable, professional, but had a personal touch as well so I didn't just feel like I was another number coming in. My doctor, Dr. Kora Bosworth was exceptional and I felt very relaxed and comfortable with her. I felt my needs were met and my optical experience afterward with Megan in updating my glasses were great! I loved the layout of the facility....very warm and inviting. Thank you for a truly wonderful visit.
