Great office staff and friendly service. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if drive way entrance was properly market. Had to park in the PACC parking lot and walk to the building. Due to the driveway entrance being so small with any new customer being to to location would miss since there is not a sign with the building also being located behind another building...

The staff at the front desk were friendly and awesome at making sure my issue was addressed ASAP but Dr. Neitzke was terrible and I left feeling stupid and dismissed. I went in for what I thought was a foreign object in my eye after mowing the lawn and came to find out (after a very minimal exam) it was a growth on my eye he diagnosed as a freckle and told me I had had it my whole life and just never noticed it. That was not the case and I knew that so I went and got a second opinion elsewhere and that eye doctor did a very thorough exam which ended up in me also needed a mild prescription of glasses and stating that it was not a freckle I've had my whole life but he did not know what it was and referred me to a specialist. Now I have an appt to get it removed and a biopsy to see what it is. I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Neitzke with how dismissive he was toward something that could be serious and ultimately acted like I knew nothing. Side note: I am also an RN and know when something is more concerning than a freckle like most people do.

My daughter who is now 22 had gone in to get a new script as she could tell how much worse her eyes had gotten. Dr. Neitzke had harassed my daught about $176.00 I had owed him. After realizing she was a minor back then, proceeded to do a very minimal eye exam. Dr Neitzke had told my daughter that her eye sight was 20/20. She had already had a previous script from him. So we got a second opinion. So after a complete eye exam, she had to get bifocals. Dr Neitzke was so rude repeatedly. I don't regret screwing him out of two more time slots. I also will not pay Dr Neitzke $176.00 EVER! And also a bad review to anyone who asks for a referral. Do not see Dr Neitzke.. after treating my daughter like that he should have given her a complete exam. She is even on her own insurance and a grown adult who isn't even under my responsibility anymore.
