We love this place. The eyeglass selection is amazing but what puts this business over the top is Gretchen. In January, before we were customers, we stopped into Lakes Family Eyecare to browse. Gretchen asked us what we were looking for in eyeglass color and style. My husband and I were instantly impressed with Gtetchen's professionalism and expertise, and made appointments for exams in March. When we came for our appointments, Gretchen had set aside over a dozen pair of glasses for us to select from. Great selection so we each purchased two pair. I'm very hard to fit as I'm sensitive to pressure points so we've made several trips, over 40 miles one way, for adjustments. Gretchen and Shelly were patient and understanding and made adjustments until my glasses got perfectly. Lastly, Dr Becker was friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this Lakes Family Eyecare business.

I just had a new patient exam and was very pleased with the thoroughness and personal touch of Dr. Becker and his staff. The level of technology is impressive and it helped reassure me that I was getting the high-quality exam I was seeking. I highly recommend Dr. Becker and the rest of the team at Lakes Family Eyecare.

Just stopping in to say how grateful I am to Lakes Family Eye Care in Perham. Moving only an hour away you come to realize how important health care is and once you become like family with this team, I know I will drive back for my Eye Care Needs. Their Name says it all. They are like Family and they Care.

I was just seen there yesterday with my kids and was given trial contacts (daily wear) I was not expecting 20 days worth of supply, however today I called to get my prescription so I could also order me some glasses and I was told I had a balance because "I am a new contact wear to their office". When I asked what the balance was for and how much as I have insurance I was told it's $65 for the contacts. Not sure about anyone else but I have never paid for trial contacts! Regardless of the price I was never notified prior to taking the contacts and had I known that I would have either not taken the "trial" contacts or I would have just ordered a 90 day supply as it is much cheaper! I will not be returning or referring anyone to this facility!

Dr Becker is very thorough and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Customer service and eyewear selection is top-notch. You won't be disappointed

They treated my grandbabies so well and with so much patience!! I brought all 3 of them in for appointments at the same time no one got frustrated with how busy they are and how many questions they ask!!!! I was very impressed!!!
