First you experience the friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Then you meet for some testing for changes in vision and the person who does this is very talented and makes you feel relaxed. Then you move to the exam room to meet Dr. Toler or Benedict, who are both very knowledgeable and professional. You can cap this great experience with the best women who fit you for a pair of glasses - helping to fit your style. This group truly makes this experience fun and joyful and you walk out feeling good. I've never had such a caring group of people for an eye appointment.
