Insisted they insisted my insurance info was required prior to making an apointment, Never even asked my name, or if I had been there in the past. Have had good luck with the Dr in the past, but did not have good service from the staff, which is why I didnt return the last time, AND it continues, 15 min on hold, brash employess, store managment, years of patronage and referral for others means nothing to them, Will never return

It would be nice if they had a way to leave a message. My daughter had the stomach flu an there was no way to let them know we had to miss our appointment, except to call when they opened. If I have to miss an appointment I like to give notice ASAP. Other than that, great place.

Gave me a wrong prescription, first of all, i didn't leave with one because doctor was rushed and didn'twrite it up for me and went home , finally got it a month later and couldn't see out of the glasses that were made correctly but eye exam prescription was so far off from previous year and so I couldn't see at all through the glasses. Pretty sure in the month it took for him to write it up that I ended up with someone else's prescription . I do not recommend
