I always have a positive experience at this office. The staff is knowledgeable and truly go out of their way to make sure you understand everything and feel confident about your care. They are eager to meet your needs and create an atmosphere that is warm and relational from the moment you walk in. Every team member is top shelf, but I especially want to highlight how amazing Lisa is. She has a genuine love for the people around her and carries herself with true professionalism. She is knowledgeable, explains things with clarity, and makes you feel completely at ease. She's a rock star! From the front desk staff to the technicians to the optometrists, this is a dynamite team. I highly recommend them for you and your family.

My family and I have been going to Goldsmith for over a decade, they have ALWAYS given us exceptional service and care. Flexible with appointments, patient when my daughter was trying to get comfortable with contacts, helpful with rebates, I wouldn't go anywhere else at half the price. Love these guys!

Friendly, professional staff. The new office in Prior Lake is very nice. Dr. Thurmes is great and explains everything in detail.

An absolutely incredible experience for my two year old. I was nervous about how she would do at the eye doctor, we watched a lot of YouTube videos to prepare her. I let the scheduling team know I was worried she might not cooperate with an exam, but that the exam was important to me because I had some concerns. Our visit started with a very friendly front desk staff who called my daughter by name. Then Lisa brought us back and did things at my daughter's pace, made it fun, and brought toys. My daughter was met where she was, every step of the way. Dr. Jones was amazing, patient, and creative when I came to getting the exam done. She explained everything very well, acknowledged my concerns, and put my mind at ease. Then Lisa showed back up with stickers and crayons! My daughter has been talking about stickers and toys at the doctor for days! We will definitely be back!

Great experience by far! Got to pick out the glasses I wanted the team was great!! I can't wait to make this my regular place for my vision needs :)

This is one of the better eye doc shops that you'll ever find! Every time I'm there they are prompt, professional and explain everything thoroughly. The facility is also really clean and machines all up to date. I typically see Dr. Thurmes and she is really knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure your questions are answered. Last time I was in, I brought a couple damaged sunglasses in and Mike fixed them up for me like new as well. Always appreciate their their help and service!
