LAKESIDE FAMILY EYE CARE

My experience with lakeside family eye care was great! All friendly knowledgeable staff. Had my annual eye exam and picked glasses. Their eye glasses selection was superb! Very high end. It was hard to pick just one! Carol was the sales rep that assisted me and she was great to work with. Can't wait to pick up my new peeps in 2 weeks!

I had a great first experience at the Lakeside Family Eye Care. It's a beautiful and comfortable professional setting. The office and medical staff were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hurley was enjoyable to talk with. He has a great ability to explain anything one would ever want to know about vision...in a way that is understandable. It provided for me ...a lot of confidence. Also, I was blown away by the amazing selection of eyeglass frames. Seriously... that was a great surprise.

Easy scheduling, thorough and well explained eye exam. Didn't need a new prescription this time so no new glasses, but the one's I purchased in 2024 are great - lots of compliments on the frame styles!

As always, Lakeside was professional, helpful and friendly. Dr Tim Hurley knows his stuff, is thorough, and has an excellent "chairside" manner. Highly recommended

Walking in you're greeted with a friendly and engaging front desk. They were very helpful and informed me of eye coverage I did not even know my health insurance covered! I opted for the in-depth eye exam and in my opinion it was well worth it. It may have extended my appointment by an extra 10-15 minutes at most, but the level of information obtained about my eyes was invaluable. Many times we go into appointments get test and no one takes the time to explain what they find. Sometimes we are met with too much medical terminology or little to no information at all. That was NOT the case here. Dr. Emily Ufken explained everything to me about ALL the test I did that appointment and was very personable too! I definitely did not feel like just another person in her chair. They truly take the time to make you feel seen and welcomed there. The office is also very clean and nicely arranged. You can tell they not only invested in the technology, the office environment, but their staff as well. I am happy to have found a new eye doctor in the area and will continue visiting for my eye care.

I am beyond pleased with my recent visit with Dr Emily. She gave me some very helpful information related to my dry eye syndrome that no other provider had given before. I had a great experience with all office staff.

Dr. Emily is very professional and also personable. The optician was very helpful and easy to work with also. Great amenities of coffee, hot chocolate and water in a beautiful office setting.

Very welcoming and friendly personal. Never felt rushed. Took their time to explain what they were going to do. Always asking if I had any questions.
