I would rather my children only see Julie. I took two of my kids to urgent care and had a terrible experience. One child had strep and a double ear infection. Come to find out 5 days later that the antibiotic she was put on wasn't strong enough to touch either. So she was in pain for 5 extra days. The other experience was an allergic reaction. My child was given a cream for her skin reaction. The pharmacy at Walmart was shocked that is all they did for her. The next day she had swollen up so bad that she could not open her eyes. The condition took a turn for the worse. We called the clinic and they told us to continue the cream. So we did. The next day she could hardly breath. She has asthma so we panicked and called the clinic. They told us to give her benadryl and she should be ok. We then decided to take her to New Ulm. They told us to discontinue the cream, put her on prednisone, zyrtec for a month, and an inhaler. With a follow up in 2 days. She cleared up. The cream was making her worse as the steroid should have not been topical. I wish Julie were available more. She is amazing and very persistent. She takes care of my kids and has even called us personally to check on our kids.

This was the best eye center I've ever been to! (And I'm 51) My daughter recommended them to me and said the staff there was awesome! I was extremely impressed! They made me feel very comfortable. And everyone there was so nice, welcoming and helpful. I'm definitely going back!!

I've had great care here. The urgent care is phenomenal and has been so helpful. Each doctor I've seen has been attentive, professional, and very helpful. Also, I've never had to wait in the waiting room for more then 10 minutes so that's been a huge plus.

Im a Registered Nurse for 25 plus years! I have a severe rare genetic disorder that causes me severe back and head pain. Was treated by my family physcian of 20 plus years dr. Michelle Cilek. She was treating me for pain control and end stage disease. All the acmc facilitys had a huge crack down on narcotic use by their patients in 2016! How they did this.....they kicked patients out of their clinics who required narcotics for pain relief. I got a certified letter in the mail telling me i could no longer go to their clinic. It also came with a made up story tjat i could not contest or disprove! I thought drs and nurses took care of their own and actually cared about patient first! I live in the middle of no whete. Now my clisest dr. Is an hour away. I can not get there way terribly sick so i just lay at home for days suffering. My will to live is gone! I am so disheartened! So sad!

I would highly recommend ACMC. Friendly staff that are professional and great providers who take the time to listen to your concerns, provide comfort and reassurance and help devise a plan of care. My family has been seen by several doctors and nurse practitioners over the years and we have never been disappointed.

Went in with a life threatening condition and since acmc labels me as a drug addict and criminal I receive medical attention to the bare minimum. The dr acted like I was there seeking pills. First ? She asked if I was staying in the community

Always very helpful and kind. I'd recommend the doctors and nurses here.
