The staff were not helpful at all for picking frames. It came off like I was annoying them for asking for feedback. Then a day or two after getting my glasses the lenses both developed cracks on the inner upper corners while just sitting in their case. When I called and asked if they might be able to replace or fix them they said no, I must have broken them somehow. Roseville eye associates is just down the road. Same price range, better frame selection, much better treatment.

I'm not a customer of LensCrafters, but one of the screws on the hinges of my glasses came off and I had to go glass-less for a day or two. I went into the store, and a nice young woman was able to help put in a new screw. Within 5 minutes, she repaired my glasses, sprayed and cleaned them, then handed them back to me. All free of charge. I was so grateful. This 5-minute procedure definitely made me want to revisit in the future when I get new glasses. Thank you so much!
