Very kind and thorough with explaining everything. They helped me understand what I was experiencing and I didn't feel like just a number passing through a clinic. I feel as though they took a deeper look into everything as opposed to the last clinic I went to which seemed very rushed. It helped that I don't live far away, but anyone seeking someone who is knowledgeable and seems to care, I recommend giving them a try.

Robin tried to contact me twice about network and insurance concerns! That's SO above expectations! She left Voicemails that were clear! Wonderful! Your tester, [ dang , forgetting her name ], and Dr Maffitt, fantastic!

It was awesome to feel like an eye doctor had time to answer my questions / provide insights rather than just rush through and hand me a script. Super knowledgeable and kind staff! Transparent about costs/fees and talking through insurance coverage.

My pre-care experience was so sloppy and off-putting that I walked out of my appointment at check-in. They called me 10+ times over multiple days after I scheduled my appointment and I'm still not sure why. When I called them back after the first round of calling, they said "it was probably to confirm the appointment" and requested no additional information from me. Okay, sure. But then they continued to call me, even after I returned their call and confirmed they needed nothing else from me. They called me five times on a Sunday between 5 and 9 pm. (I am rarely available to answer my phone, so these were not calls I was able to return.) I'm not sure why they didn't just text me. I know they can because I received a text appointment reminder with two typos in it. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, the lobby smelled strongly of food and the chairs in the seating area were stained. On its own, this wouldn't have bothered me. But given how sloppy and error-riddled my previous experience had been, it seemed like another indicator of poor standards and upkeep within the business. I was given paper patient information forms to fill out; they looked like they had been formatted in Word in 1997 and not updated since. They requested my Social Security number on the forms; why would I turn over my most privileged piece of identity information to a business that couldn't even copy and paste an appointment reminder text message without errors? The American Medical Association actually DISCOURAGES the unnecessary use of Social Security numbers medical care situations and has for some years at this point. How can I expect great care if a business is not even using best practices to protect their patients' most sensitive information? Because of these concerns, I left my appointment before receiving care. It's possible that the doctors at Roseville Eye Associates are exceptional. But it's clear that the business practices supporting their work are not.

Kind, professional, and personal service...my favorite eye doctor office ever. Doctor owned business, too, and I like not being part of some large corporate anonymous practice. You will be very well cared for. 10/10

I've been going to Roseville Eye Associates for about 5 years and Dr. Maffitt has been a wonderful provider! Kind, caring, competent, and well versed in the latest eye care technologies. She's very patient and thorough and I feel fully confident that my eyes are receiving the very best care available. She's also the first eye doctor that I've been to that truly dialed in my prescription perfectly. The facility is well kept, the customer service is outstanding, there's free off street parking, and they offer a nice selection of frames. Top notch all around! 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

Everyone at Roseville Eye Associates is friendly and professional. Very efficient exams. I feel very comfortable that I'm getting the best care with these folks.

The staff was professional and friendly. They have a nice selection of glasses to pick from. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
