Long overdo but I've been Dr. Oman for over 7 years. He is a very caring, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable provider. All the professionals in this clinic are amazing also.

Broke my glasses and wasn't sure about repairs. I called the Eye Clinic and Amber said no worries, it would be a quick fix - and it sure was. In and out in 5 minutes with glasses fixed and nose pads replaced at no charge. The glasses felt like new again! Amber was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone and was so quick and helpful with my fixing the issue!

I've been going to franchise and big box optical departments for glasses with mixed results. Didn't know that service was available at CentraCare (Sartell MN) until I went to their Eye Center for an exam and discovered they had an optical department in the same building. My wife and I have since had flawless eyeglasses made there and found something I thought was gone forever...courtesy, professionalism and skill. Example: When I brought in a badly mangled pair of eyeglasses -that I had stepped on- to get a new frame, I was told by Amber they might try to fix them instead. And they did. She gave them to Mark, another customer service/ tech, who straightened them like new in about 5 minutes. No charge. The point is, I went there expecting to spend serious money and wait a week for the new frame...but they put service ahead of the easy sale, and I left there, fixed up in about 10 minutes. I told Amber and Mark I would write this out of respect and gratitude to everyone I have dealt with there...and to pass the word that there is a difference. Steve

Had a great experience at Centracare Eye Center!! I got something in my eye the day before, it was incredibly painful but I thought maybe it would come out overnight. It didn't. I called Centracare in the morning, they got me in right away; all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Dr. Pearson got the object out right away and it was instant pain relief. So grateful!! I was so impressed with the professional, kind, knowledgeable team there I will definitely go back for a future needs!!

Very unimpressed I have been trying to get seen for ever. I've jumped through every hoop they have required. Gotten my own records, dropped them off. They lost them, I emailed them, they waited until the other doctor sent them, then finally scheduled, then cancelled a week out saying the provider was on vacation... When speaking to him he mentioned it shouldn't have been scheduled while the provider wasn't going to be in. I was told a manager would call me. I waited and called back after an hour and a half asking for the manager, was transferred to a Cheyenne, who scolded me, interrupted me and spoke over me . Then claimed she wasn't. I explained I couldn't see and needed to get in. She got short and announced she would have Tom call me. That hasn't happened. If I had another option I would explore it. Instead they have me over a barrel and really do not care.

Had a really good experience here with Dr. Alexander Omann. He was super thorough and really seemed to care about my vision and health issues I thought may be related to my vision. He went through the pictures of my eyes with me so I would understand everything. He's a great doctor, made me feel understood, and I would definitely recommend.

We were referred to the cities to see a pediatric ophthalmologist. We went here to get our son's glasses and Amber and Mike (I hope that's his name) were incredible with our son. They were super helpful with finding us the perfect glasses for our busy boy.

Had an appointment today. They told me to be there at 12:50 I was there at 12:45 not one car in the parking lot when I got there I go inside and I register and sit down. six patients come in and one by one get called back and I'm still sitting there at 1:19. not one word about why I am still waiting. Sometimes you just can't take bad service and this was one of the times. I left I'm over it.
